SHIPPING

Complimentary Shipping on all orders within the continental US through UPS or USPS with insurance.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Once a package is handed to the carrier, custody transfers to them. If there’s an issue during shipment, we will try to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve it.

Need to make a change? Email info@studio13la.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot make any adjustments (including incorrect shipping addresses).

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Our pieces are produced in limited, small-batch runs. To help you find your ideal fit, we provide detailed sizing guides for every garment. If you have any questions before ordering, please reach out via DM or email info@studio13la.com.

We understand that online sizing can sometimes differ from an in-person fit, which is why we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
